1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the EmailPromptPro website at emailpromptpro.com ("Website") and your purchase of our digital products. By using the Website or purchasing any product, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Products and Services

EmailPromptPro sells digital products consisting of AI-assisted email template packs. All products are delivered electronically as downloadable files. We reserve the right to:

• Modify, update or discontinue any product at any time
• Change pricing with reasonable notice
• Refuse service to anyone for any legitimate reason

3. Purchases and Payments

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) inclusive of any applicable VAT. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards, debit cards and PayPal through secure third-party payment processors.

By completing a purchase, you authorise us to charge your payment method for the total amount displayed at checkout. All transactions are encrypted and processed in accordance with PCI DSS standards.

4. Digital Downloads

Upon successful payment, you will receive an email containing a secure download link. Download links are:

• Valid for a minimum of 5 download attempts
• Active for 12 months from the date of purchase
• Non-transferable — for your personal or business use only

As our products are digital downloads, delivery is instant and you receive access immediately upon payment confirmation. If you experience any download issues, contact support within 30 days.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the EmailPromptPro website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product designs and template content, is owned by EmailPromptPro or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a product grants you a licence to use the templates — it does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property to you. EmailPromptPro retains all rights, title and interest in all template content.

6. Licence Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide licence to:

• Use the templates for your own personal or business email communications
• Customise and adapt the templates for your specific use cases
• Use the templates in email marketing campaigns for your own business
• Use the templates in work you perform for paying clients (commercial use)

7. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute or sublicense the templates as your own product
• Share download links publicly or with people outside your organisation
• Upload templates to any file-sharing platform or marketplace
• Use the templates for spam, phishing or any illegal activity
• Use the templates to send unsolicited commercial emails in violation of applicable law
• Claim authorship or ownership of the template content
• Use automated tools to scrape or copy website content

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your licence and legal action.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The templates will achieve any specific email marketing results
• The templates are free from errors or will meet your specific requirements
• The website will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times

Email marketing results depend on many factors outside our control including your industry, target audience, email list quality and sending practices.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EmailPromptPro's total liability for any claim arising from your use of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product. We shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental or consequential damages
• Loss of profit, revenue or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the templates

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable commercial law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance, and failing that, through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered customers. Your continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
